1 liter thermal of Ethiopian Harrar dry processed through a Hario V60 using a Hario filter. Was going to use a Chemex filter but changed my mind just before rinsing the filter.

Good brew method for this unique tasting coffee. Very enjoyable cup.

Panamanian medium roast via French press.

Pulling shots of Burundi espresso roasted SO in the Pasquini this morning.

The Burundi makes a pretty nice single origin espresso roast.

I had some really good coffee today

Peets Big Bang dripped - Kalita Wave. Grind was probably too fine by 2 clicks but I just slowed down. My eye still wants a drip grind rather than the one Kalita recommends- my eye is wrong.
