3 heaping teaspoons of Bustellos Instant express into an 8 oz cup
4 sugar cubes
7 oz of 200 degree water from the Bonavita pot
1 oz of H/H

put coffee and sugar cubes into cup

add 1 oz of water and mix 100 times with a fork

add 6 more oz of water and mix 50 times

add 1 oz of the H/H and mix in until I see " the brown"

That is all, my café con leche.
