What's your coffee today? What brew method? Photos

Trying out syphon brewed coffee for the first time at Coffee Labs Rosters in Tarrytown, NY. I forget which bean I chose.

Mainly did it to see if I should invest in a syphon at some point.

Medium roast Kirkland beans (roasted by Starbucks) (2lbs/$9.99 at CostCo.)
Fresh Coarse grind in blade grinder.
4 Tblsp coffee, 24 oz water.
French press.
Served with brown sugar and while milk.

Java Works Bravado espresso 100% Arabica. Brewed in newly refurbished (by me) 50/60's Italian espresso maker.

Took me a while to dial in. Slightly coarser grind and hotter water.

Java Beans & Joe's Costa Rican beans in a Italian coffee pot for a stove top. I ran out of my Jamaican Blue Mountain beans. :bored: But these are good beans.

32g of Halfwit Burundi Kiryama in the 5c Mr Coffee. On days when I'm quick out the door, I've been very happy with the results of my auto drip and mesh filter. It may not be as good as a manual, but it's damn good stuff. Lots of oil really adds to the autodrip.
