Just about the last of my Tarrazu in today's Chemex brew
I have one more pour over remaining of the fresh home roasted beans from before I tore my roaster apart. All of the parts came in yesterday so today I will be drilling, screwing, and reassembling the roaster.
SWMBO picked up a pound of Costa Rician La Minta and a pound of dark/light blended beans from the local artisan roasting house so I am all set for another week but I am hoping to get the roaster back together today or tomorrow at the latest.
