Local shops Arabic roast, using aeropress inverted method for first time. Love the inverted method much better than following the instructions it came with.

An Ethiopean Yirgacheffe single origin, ground in a Mazzer Mini, extracted with a Rocket Giotto.It's a really great roast, actually - my wife and I are both loving it.

Muskoka Maple, vacuum brewed. I only just got it, and I love how clean and crisp the flavours are from it.

We stayed with friends this weekend. This morning we had Mayorga Organic Mocha Java made in a French Press. Good stuff.
