    What is the difference in after shave and a balm?

    Aftershaves come in several viscosities...............splash is liquid and a "balm" is creamy and thick.........usually the splashes contain alcohol and the balms do not...............but not always the case. There are a wide range of balms in all viscosities to suite many tastes
