Razor Instructions.

I noticed the instructions for the fatboy and slim tell you to start out with setting 1. The super says to start at 5. Why the change?

It doesn't have a date or anything on it, but I can tell you it came with this set it came in:


It is the older style with red numbers and arrow, and the lines between the numbers.

Thank you for this information. It seems, as the people from Merkur didn't give us even a little chance to date their razors.

12 & 13 are missing. I didn't skip them.. Maybe they are stuck together? I was cropping the scans earlier and looks like a 13 behind page #14. The way these are stapled and bound, it would not make sense to be missing 12 & 13 unless it was a misprint.... When my hangover and flu wear off I'll double check and post an update. The 195 model was named for the $1.95 price as I understand it.

I know it has been awhile since anyone added anything to this thread, but I find this to be an interesting thread.
