Has anyone ever used clear nail polish as protection against potential corrosion on a razor? I was wondering if you were to see places where there could be potential future corrosion on the finish of your razor if applying clear nail polish would protect it. Would it do the job and hold up under normal use? Has anyone out there done this?

The nail polish will flake off in a very short time and reapplying over flaked polish will make the razor look beat. Besides all the flaking issues you would need an airbrush to get a smooth coverage.
You would have better luck with automotive clear coat....But that may be overkill!!!
Use it. Rinse it. Dry it. No corrosion. It's only susceptible to corrosion (over long term) in a moisture laden environment. Don't worry. Be happy... and keep your equipment clean & dry.
