How do you polish your cordovan shoes?

I use the Allen Edmonds Cordovan Care Cream. Works great - like it better than Kiwi brand cordovan polish/cream.
Mac Method for the most part.
wipe with a damp cloth and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Buff with a horsehair brush for about 5-10 minutes on each shoe, or until your arm is about to fall off.
Then use your regular buffing cloth.
I will also every 10-15 wears follow this.
Clean with damp cloth..
Buff with horsehair brush 5-10 minutes until arm falls off per shoe
Apply a coat of Saphir Renovator and then buff again with a horsehair brush
Apply a thin coat of Saphir Wax and buff again with a horsehair brush
Then buff with your buffing rag

A very light application of Saphir cordovan polish a couple of times a year. A quick wipe with a cloth and a mild buff with a brush in between. Hangar project has a nice selection of Saphir products. Cordovan just seems to shine on its own so it doesn't need much work.
