Cawell-Massey 1752 Sadalwood

I tried my best today to be objective about the Caswell-Massey products. I used the 1752 Sandalwood and found it to lack lather and lubrication. I am NOT PLEASED with the Doctor Hunter's cream or the 1752 Sandalwood. If there is a trick to using this stuff please let me know. Should I use it as a superlather creme in combination with a soap ?

The Sandalwood is one of the best smelling creams I ever tried and the absolute worst performer.
Squirt some KMF unscented cream with it and youre golden or go for the supahLather with a soap, like you want to.
