Bought the black one from Vintage Blades, and the butterscotch from a member here
i could not get Mr Sabini to answer an email
I've been looking at 2-bands and considering Simpsons but some recent love on the board for M&F is pushing me towards them - love the look of them too.

Though not Blonde Badger, still a mighty fine brush too
Hope the bloom is not crazy big on it....... Not a HUGE bloom fan ....

Wonderful brushes! They're the best of all worlds; soft, dense, scrubby, plenty of backbone and nice flowthrough.
Nice brushes! And cool looking scuttle, I ordered a black DB about a week ago.

Would love to see pictures of that 28mm M&F/Rooney finest...I thought I nabbed the last custom M&F with the old Rooney finest hair that classicshaving was able to source a couple of years ago...I'll have to go measure but I believe it's a super short lofted 30mm beauty...didn't think they'd have more considering that entire batch of Rooney Finest was shared by both manufacturers under their respective labels and was a very very limited supply!!
