What makes a scent "old"

Trying Paul Sebastian, it rings a bell...but I don't know where from I've smelled it? Maybe a deceased grandfather? I don't have a clue. All I know, is those gross floral ones are the only fragrances I'd call old.

You didn't like Paul Sebastian?

I love it!! Not as much as Mcgraw Southern Blend though (which I am wearing right now).

I didn't get much floral from PS, maybe barely. It reminds me of Old Spice, but more potent (Old Spice has always seemed watered-down to me). I can't help it, but these classics are just THE best. Ferrari Uomo is supposedly just a clone of Fahrenheit by Dior, and I love that one. I wish I would have know these existed years ago...back then I thought Axe was the only thing that did and man it made me HATE cologne
