    Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has seen his head/handle combo.

    Its a 1912 head but no idea about the handle.

    My word. 6 months ago I never realized there were so many singled edge razors out there.
    Now I gotta memorize the handles too.

    GEM/ER seem to have even more handle variations than Gillette.

    I just got one on the Bay with that same handle. I put in a large initial bid, thinking it might be something special since I had never seen such a handle on a 1912 before. Then, of course, two more pop up the next week and I realize that I probably paid more that it's actually worth. No regrets, though. Great shaver and I still prefer the looks of this handle over the earlier patterns. I only wish it had a bit more heft to it. Seems like a lot of British razors from that period came with hollow aluminum handles.

    No doubt that's completely true. But what Tom didn't say and what needs to be said is that what he doesn't know about SE razors isn't worth knowing.
