Strong lavender scented soaps, any suggestions?

I'll echo those that have suggested QCS lavender shaving soap. It's my favorite and I went through several lavender shaving soaps and creams awhile back before deciding on this one. Based on the description of the one you smelled, I think QCS would be very close. I know Martin de Candre has some loyal fans and it's noted as having lavender in it, but the sample I tried didn't smell like any lavender I'd ever tried.

Mama bear uses only essential oil for the lavender. Its great!

Just a quick update, I purchased a tub of QCS Lavender and a sample of MDC. The QCS is exactly the Lavender scent I was looking for, so no more searching for me! The MDC smells good but has a more complex scent (some noxzema smell in there). Thanks for all of your suggestions.
