What is your favorite shave setup?

I'm new to DE shaving, but here's what I am starting with:
Razor: Merkur 178 Classic
Blade: Wilkinson Sword
Brush: Van Der Hagen Boar
Cream: Every Man Jack Cedarwood or Van Der Hagen Deluxe
A/S: Clubman Pinaud or Old Spice

What are your hobbies and favorite activities?

I have many things I enjoy doing. Too many probably. I love music (listening to it and playing bass), food (cooking and eating), sports (playing and watching), board games, message boards, reading, watching the occasional movie (love the Lord of the Rings), and spending time with my family.

What else should the members of B&B know about you?

I haven't been clean shaven in several years because I was never able to figure out how to shave without cutting myself. I tried all the gels and goops in a can and tried everything from the 1 blade bic disposable that my dad used to the 5 blade $3.00 cartridge razors and none of them worked well. I was scruffy for years because of that.
I then stumbled across a site called "Art of Manliness" and an article called "How to shave like your Grandpa" and I tried wet shaving with a safety razor. I love it. Have only cut myself once in the 2 months I have been shaving this way. This site was recommended by one of the members there and I look forward to learning more about the art of shaving.
