Yep that's where I started too. Kind of an expensive way to start IMO. If only I knew then what I know now

I went to the one in Roseville. Is there one out at Arden too? Might also run by bath and body works and grab a tube of CO Bigelow cream for a little variety if you've not tried anything other than AoS. I think you'll find there are many other quality products out there for cheap(bigelow/proraso being one of those products).

Just got a tube of co bigelow this weekend and WOW what a difference than the AOS wasnt expecting the tingle. The AOS was a good start, now I just need to build up my shaving closet.

I agree it was a good start. The only thing I wish I hadn't bought from them was the brush. Way too floppy for me, but YMMV. Oh and the preshave oil, that stuff isn't for me. Guess I should just bought the cream and the ASB. Woulda been a lot cheaper.

Bigelow is great stuff. It's been in out of my den since I first started all this(I keep PIFing it to friends to convert them). If you liked Bigelow check out Queen Charlotte Soaps and pick up some Vostok. That stuff is crazy!! And the owners are awesome too!
