Has anyone ever replated a red or blue tip with different colored tips?

Hey I was wondering if anyone has or has ever seen a red tip or blue tip with different colored tips or a different replated tip like a rhodium red tip with black rhodium or gold tip. I just got the idea of it and thought it was cool but of coarse in no way am i the 1st to think of this but has anyone acted on it.

Why yes I have, it's the same deal as re plating any razor would be. When you receive your re plated red or blue tip S.S. have an auto store mix up the color you want (use enamel paint) Either tape off dip then hang or paint on with a brush. For re plating any DE I recommend Dave @ West Coast Razors email him at [email protected] he will set you up.

You can plate the razor, then re plate the flair tip in a different finish. Great Idea....

Have any pictures of this? I was thinking of having one or two razors anodized a neon color. Add some flare to the case you know.

I touched up my red tip with a matching paint I found.

I've seen pictures of a couple that have rose gold plated tips, looks pretty nice.

that red tip with the gold is what i want to do but i want to do it in rhodium and black rhodium
