I think this is the most annoying message on B&B

"JD has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

The inbox is simple to small sometimes. Can't someone create a script that makes your monitor flash Red&Green to remind people to empty their Inbox?

Maybe a notification in the menu, i don't think I'd care for a blinking screen.

They do get an email that reads "XXXX tried to send you a private message but your inbox was full" though I assume that's only if you have emails from administrators enabled.
