Default First time trying NB cream

I just received an order of shaving cream from Nancy Boy. I've read a bunch of great things about their products, so I had decided to try their signature cream, as well as a sample of their new Blossomwood cream. This morning, I had my first shave with the signature cream, and man was it nice! I admit, I'm still new to DE shaving, and have only tried a small handful of creams. But it was soft, cushy, lathered to a large volume with my brush (even though they say you don't need a brush), and provided lots of lubrication for a comfortable shave. I have a feeling that this will be my new go-to cream! After my shave, I used their cooling aftershave gel, which has a nice menthol sensation (almost a super-cooling and a mild burn/warming sensation at the same time). The sensation, along with the aloe vera in the gel, was a nice closing note on a great shave.

I have not tried the Blossomwood products, yet. The fragrance was very mild, but had slight woody and citrusy notes. It didn't seem quite as soft or flowing as the signature cream. But I plan to give them a try tomorrow. Hopefully they're as great as the signature products.

I also e-mailed customer service for a question, and got a fast and courteous response. I'd be very happy to do business with them again.

Conclusion: If you haven't tried Nancy Boy shaving creams, yet, DO IT! You'll be very happy you did. It's awesome stuff!

I'm another recent Nancy Boy convert and I don't ever want to be without their blossomwood cream. It's a definite performance and scent winner in my book!

I'm also a fan. It took me a few times to appreciate the scent of the blossom wood, because I think I was expecting something a bit bolder and different, but I now really enjoy the scent. I use both the signature and blossom wood pretty often in the rotation.

I'm really looking forward to trying the Blossomwood, myself. I'm hoping that, after lathering it up, it'll provide a bit more aroma. But, I can't imagine it'll be a bad cream, by any means. If nothing else, it'll be a mild scent that I don't need to worry about clashing with anything else I may be using/wearing.

Top 3 creams for me = NB Signature. I can't recommend it enough.
