    Default Mystic Water Maestrale

I got my hot little hands on a sample at Mystic Water Soap's farmers market setup this Saturday, so I beat everyone!

This soap smells awesome, and performs well, as you would expect. It's a lavender, rosemary, peppermint mix according to Michelle. I'm terrible at describing scents, I just know I like it. Scent strength is is good, but I do wish I had a matching aftershave to keep sniffing it. It's got a little cooling kick to it after a few seconds, but not approaching the level of Mikes peppermint/rosemary. I will be buying a few pucks of this stuff.

I am excited for this one too. I use her Sea Salt bath soap that has the same mix of scents and I love it. I like Mikes peppermint/rosemary and its great too.

Have you ever tried MdC jefebadskin? Hoping it smells like that a little.

Never tried it, but it's on my list. I actually noticed you like similar products so if you recommend it, I'm in.

I have a list of soaps to order from Michelle, I have been waiting for this one to add to my order.

Martin de Candre is phenomenal. It carrys a hefty price tag due to high shipping costs from France, but it is primo stuff. I really like Mystic Water and Mikes. they are tied for my top soaps right now, but there is bias because I really appreciate small business artisan products. They are both spoiling our community with awesome products, making new scents based on our whims and they deliver this for extremely reasonable costs. MdC is actually an artisan maker too and there is another thread going on discussing them making a new scent because a few people have inquired. That is amazing. Nobody from big brand names is on here doing that.

Enough ranting though. Point is just like Phil said....Mystic Water > most if not all of em

I love both too, but I come from a different angle. I swore off 'artisan' soaps after a local producers stuff made my face red and swollen. Then I joined here, saw that you guys liked my favorites (The Fat, Godrej) and decided to give Mystic Water and Mike's a chance. Now they are my top performers. I'm going to have to invest in some MdC. My buy list keeps growing.

Ordered the Maestrale last night. I, like Cochese, have the sea salt soap with the same EO mix and it is really nice. Looking forward to giving the Maestrale a try.
