    Default The Bourne Legacy

I really like this film and thought it was the best Bourne yet, no need for that brat Matt Damon.

Damon's a good actor and it's great that the Bourne films can go on without him but he's got a face that belongs in a rich university.
Renner does a great job and fits the role really well.

Well worth a look if you got the time.

Mate, you are the first I've heard of to give it a good wrap. Everybody else has told me to save my money until DVD time. Which I think I will do, and form my own opinion then. At almost $20 a ticket in the theater now, I need to be more discerning than I once was.

Trust my reviews guys, ridgy didge.

Guys become a hoyts member and buy tickets in bulk, they last 6 months and a book of 10 go for around $110, so $11 a ticket. Plus you earn rewards points with hoyts to cash in on tickets or food.

Hoyts have great deals now and then when you join up, just ask at the counter.

    buy in bulk from here,

really bad CGI in this one, nowhere near the quality of Mission Impossible 3 for effects..the scene where the bad guy jumps from roof to tower looked like it was done by Ray Harryhausen .I think the Damon films were much tighter all the way around,I was disappointed....time to see how Total Recall holds up to Arnolds.

What is it about the Bourne films that attracts four Australians in a row?

Man I thought the cgi was pretty good, wasn't a lot of it in the film?

I thought the acting was first rate and Rachel Weisz has still got it big time, no cgi needed there.

    Some great unexpected twists too.

If it hadn't been labelled as a bourne film it would have been an okay cheap action movie. The pacing isn't great, the ending is totally anti-climatic, and despite the main character's 'augmentation', Bourne comes off as way more of a badass. Definitely a renter IMO. :)

Oh yeah! And they made Rachel Weisz look just 'okay'. Shame on them.

Considering the reviews that I read before I saw the film, I thought it was pretty good overall. I think some of the bad hype about the movie had to do solely with the fact that Matt Damon wasn't in it. Also, I thought that Renner was good in the lead role; he seemed to be much more believable in Bourne than Tom Cruise was in the Mission Impossible series.

Not just mission Damon, but a different director (which is why Damon didn't do it). I think I will wait for cable. The first three were great, but to much has changed for metro shell out cinema prices.

Hope you got a good home cinema, there are some great sound effects?

There are some great actors in this film and I forgot to mention Norton earlier on, did a great job. Very suspenseful film.

The fact that Norton is in it does intrigue me.
