International Promo - $7 off shipping when you spend over $80

We've had our "free shipping on $80 orders promotion" for a few years. Along the way, many have asked for something similar for our international friends. Today we do! When you spend $80, we'll knock off $7 from your shipping charges. If your original charges were $7 or less, that means free shipping! While we'd like to make it easy and offer the same free shipping, international shipping rates escalate much faster than domestic (based on weight). This is a brand new feature for our site, so please report any bugs to me. It's automatic, so no coupons needed. You can see it the promotion when you view your cart.
