    Default Open Comb Cleaning Idea

I had a New De Luxe head that I wanted to put on my UFO handle, but there was a good deal of old dried soap scum even after a good scrubbing with a toothbrush. I used a flosser / pick. The floss got right between the teeth and scraped the old soap away, and the pick is good for getting any more difficult bits. You can get a big bag of these at most dollar stores.

    What a great suggestion!
That New Deluxe head and UFO handle look they were made for each other. What a beautiful combo.

The string is too weak, i use a steel point plaque remover, it has very thin steel point that removes 100% of the green bunk or other baked on crap.

I did have to go through two or three of the flossers, but they did the job. The pick end is durable enough too.

i use the same thing, Alex. Works quite well, but it can also scratch, so be careful.

It can, but just be very careful, I never scratched mine.
