This was actually a couple of nights ago, but it was so good I had to mention it. I enjoyed a Manhattan at a Maggiano's nearby. Probably the best I've ever had. Made from Knob Creek Rye and Carpano Antica. I should have asked what ratio they used, but sadly did not. I should have ordered another one, but I was driving....

Probably a nice Valpolicella with dinner (Italian resto for our anniversary), and then a nice Still Waters Single Malt back home near the Christmas tree.

After some timeout Laphroaig is back on menu. Quarter Cask.
