got a couple photo msg's tonight with the latest arrival...... i haven't touched or seen this in person yet but it measures 5.5x3.5x1.25 and i was informed that you cannot feel the cracks...
when i get home i will give it a quickie lap and polish and hone something really quick on it to see how it does.... it is supposed to be a level5 but that remains to be seen....

i guess they are manganese lines... i can feel a difference when passing over them but not in a bad way... just a slight textural change...a nice walk in the woods helps me relax and relieves tension....

it was much harder to lap than my other jnat... went up to 1200w/d and then honed up my fili....
gonna go shave and will report back tomorrow... at best i get 4hrs sleep tonight before a 16hr double shift tomorrow....
