Can't access only ONE thread?

I don't understand.

In the

area, there's a thread showing

but when I click on it, I get

I've had this happen to me once or twice as well. Usually it turned out that the thread had been deleted.

That is exactly what has happened. Depending on how the thread is deleted, there is sometimes a re-direct left behind but the members no longer have access to that thread.

That's too bad, I wanted to read what they had to say about that strop. Or was it somebody trying to sell one before they had 50 posts? Or a live eBay sale???

Had it been a legitimate BST item, it would have been moved... that thread would be dead but we'd see the new one in BST.

User has over 300 posts, but he joined 7/17 so he hasn't cleared 45 days.
