Default Really interesting handle on the Bay.

There's an everReady faux wood and translucent amber handle on eBay right now that I think would make a great restore job. Only thing I'd warn ya about is the knot looks synth, and I find vintage synths really hard to remove (drilling them out melts them, which makes them harder to get out and is a mess). Looks like some scuffing on the faux wood too.

It's got a $23 BIN.. so not cheap, but I haven't seen a brush like it before and I'm a sucker for trans amber. Thought maybe someone still restoring brushes might like it.

I have no affiliation with the brush or seller, just came across it while browsing. Search "Ever-Ready faux wood" if you wanna find it.

I agree. Polished up to a real nice shine with a nice new knot, this could be a lovely brush.

Yeah I looked at that handle too. The top of it is what worried me. I think that's staining and not faux wood but I could be wrong. I can't wait to see how it turns out though.
