Default DOPP all packed but then......

    Got my kit all packed

    • Futur (drive by shooting model)
    • Arko stick (in a twist up container)
    • LaToja stick
    • Duke 1 (in Case travel tube)
    • Styptic pencil
    • Blades (packs of):
      • Feather,
      • 7 O'clock (Inda: black & green, Russian blue),
      • Meds,
      • Voskhod,
      • Astra,
      • 10 assorted other blades in a plastic dispenser
    • Avon - Wild country & Black suede ASB
    • Pinaud - Clubman & Special Reserve

    Also taking:

    • Folding shaving mirror
    • Large Corning bowl for shaving water
    • 2 towels and 1 wash cloth
    • Neutrogena soap

Figured this would be enough for a short time away .....BUT..... Then I snuck down and put my 37c slant in the kit too (just in case)

    Did I miss anything?

Do I need professional help or is it "normal" to take so much?

Will be traveling in this so space is sort of at a premium

That should about fill up the passenger seat (who cares where ur better half sits...they can sit in the back and have lots more leg room!).

I'm jealous. Looks like you are going to have a lot of fun.

I can't see taking a second face lathering brush like my Case or Beaufort or Wee Scot and there is just not room for all of the extra accoutrements necessary for bowl lathering creams.

I tried, believe me I DID...

I could take another soap like MWF or Cella and I have given this some serious thought but the Arko and LaToja are nice and I am not going to be gone long enough to rotate through too much

I only take this little travel kit (not the Penworks or Men-U) and a puck of Williams.
I'm after a C-3 Black Handled SS, or C-3 Super Adjustable.

Your significant other has a ready answer to this question. IMHO, no, you're perfectly normal.

Sounds like you have everything but some fishing tackle . Have fun and don't try to shave while the vehicle is in motion.

Swap the Slant for a Gbar and the 10 assorted blades for a dispenser of SE blades.
THEN you'll be even more ready for even more anything.

OK... I've been convinced. Not enough product.....

Stuck a puck of MWF in an aluminum screw can and I'm going to find a place for it.

I just don't think I could live without the fat for any length of time. Someone help me... please!!!!!

    AWK.....

The MWF fit nicely in the DOPP bag with a little space to spare...

    SO......

A tub of Cella fit in the other side to help balance it out which left a little space down the side

    SO.....

The Beaufort B4 went in and now the DOPP is stuffed to capacity.....

I think I am beyond help. I am taking one ^%#! of a LOT of shaving products. I just hope SWMBO does not catch on.

SO now the revised list is.....

    • Futur (drive by shooting model)
    • 37c HD slant
    • Arko stick (in a twist up container)
    • LaToja stick
    • Mitchells Wool Fat soap
    • Cella Soap
    • Simpsons Duke 1 (in Case travel tube)
    • Simpsons Beaufort B4 in tube
    • Styptic pencil
    • Blades (packs of):
      • Feather,
      • 7 O'clock (Inda: black & green, Russian blue),
      • Meds,
      • Voskhod,
      • Astra,
      • 10 assorted other blades in a plastic dispenser
    • Avon - Wild country & Black suede ASB
    • Pinaud - Clubman & Special Reserve

Not in DOPP but coming along:

    • Folding shaving mirror
    • Large Corning bowl for shaving water
    • 2 towels and 1 wash cloth
    • Neutrogena soap

No doubt about it... I gotta get me a bigger bag

Thanks. This is my second one. I've had them for the past 18 years. Very comfortable for two people. Good fuel economy (for an RV). Short enough to parallel park on the street. I run a Toyota camper group/forum. Not quite as active as B&B but it keeps me hopping.

here is a pic of the one I had before I got the one I have now.
