22.99 looked like a good deal to me for hard to get blades - found only 2 eBay sources otherwise, slightly higher price IIRC.
Arrived yesterday. Tracking shows they left Lithuania pretty damn quick, then may have spent some time touring US customs, before languishing for a week and a half at my post office because I kept forgetting to go there

Yes, Rapira & Voskhods (and Ladas) are all made by Mostochlegmash

I purchased creams and a vintage razor from him ,no problems at all..great selection of creams and very fair prices.

I love the blades that come from that factory. I don't know what the Russians do differently but the quality control is great. I just hate the wax spots.....small price to pay though.
