    Open comb aristocrat! :) not sure model numbers, something tells me a 15. Very nice though! I still want one for my collection :)

    Looked like a No.15 in a 1948 Aristocrat Jr.'s case to me. I wouldn't call it a steal, but I wouldn't say you went crazy on it either. Seems about fair money or better from what I've seen selling lately.

    By the serial numbers, it is a British Aristocrat #15. i think you got it for a very decent price if it is in good condition. Congrats and enjoy. Here is more info on the razor:

    Thanks, all, for the identification. Did I get a decent deal or ripped? I know the English DE's are a bit more on the market....

    Are all of the #15's Rhodium?

    I think at least two guys have already told you that the price was fairly reasonable for the razor.

    Can't wait!! The only other non US razors I have are a Streamline and a Rocket I think the Rocket is French - doesn't say Made in England.
