My Mystic Water Journey

Recently I placed a order for some Mystic water soaps and here is what I think. So about a year ago I started to work at a health food store and to better help customers with their questions I decided to switch to Dr.Bronners castile soap and I never went back to other products and with in a year I went through 3 and a half 16oz bottles, one 8oz bottle and about 2 of the 2oz travel sized bottles. I also use Dr.Bronners Leave in Conditioner which I mainly use for styling my hair.(but thats another post) Recently I ran out of most of my go to body care products and decided that seeing how I was already planing on ordering my products online I decided that is was time to try Mystic water soaps after hearing so much about them I just decided well why not try them now. So I placed a order for 1 Shampoo bar sample, 1 Dragons Lair Body Soap, 1 Gentle Oatmeal facial soap, and I bought 3 shaving soap samples but those will have to wait for another post. She also threw in a tea tree and oatmeal facial soap sample and a sea salt soap sample. I have been using the Dragons Lair body soap the shampoo bar and the gentle oatmeal bar for a few days now.
First Up: The Dragons Lair Body Soap

The dragons Lair body soap is Awesome! I am a big fan of the Dragons Blood scent and for me I love the scent as much as some of you guys/gals love Sandalwood. This soap leaves my skin feeling great and it doesnt dry out my skin at all. If you do not know what the scent of dragons blood smells like then well I can not describe it in a way that would give you a good idea of the scent. I will deffiently be buying another bar of this when this one gets low.

Second: The Shampoo Bar


I bought a Shampoo bar sample as I didnt know if I was going to like it. The first time I used this bar I did a test and after I used it and dried my hair some I just brushed my hair and did not put in my usual styling product. The result was my hair felt pretty good and my hair did not get all tangled looking or anything like that. The Scent of this bar is also very good I was a little hesitant at first just because she only offers one scent in her shampoo bar. The best way I can describe this scent is by asking you to walk in to your local Aveda store(If you have one near you) and smell some of there products. Or you could just buy a sample bar and find out for yourself what it smells like.


Third: The Gentle Oatmeal Facial Soap


I have been washing my face with Tea Tree castile soap for a while now and it normaly works pretty well for me. However I recently started helping my father with his grass business and that has caused my face to get some mild acne. I bought this to see if it would work better on my face than what I have been using for a while. I have only been using this bar for a short period of time so I can not say how well it is working on my face at the moment. I will deffiently have to do a update on this one in the future.

I will be trying these products In the future and I will have to update and say what I think. The small bottle is a sample of her hair oil.

I have her Sea Salt soap. Stuff is great. I use it to wash my face and it leaves my skin feeling great. Next time I order something, I will have to try the face specific soap.

Update:
Okay so The dragons lair body soap and the Shampoo bar are still Awesome. And since I posted this thread I have been using the Gentle Oatmeal facial bar and it is actually clearing up my face. I has not completly cleared my face up but it is getting there. Due to the facial bar is working I can actually Shave and not get so much iritation that clubman sets my face on fire. I will be buying some mystic water shave soap when ever I do my next order but that may have to wait a little bit as I will have to save some cash for that order. I also used up the hair oil sample and man that stuff realy does work. When I ran out of my sample I could tell that my hair felt better when I had the hair oil in it.

The hair oil stuff is golden. I use it almost every day. It only takes 2-3 drops and it makes my hair really soft.

I have been using her shampoo bar for a long time.

The combination of the shampoo bar and the hair oil has my hair looking and feeling better than it has in years.

I also use the gentle oatmeal and its been doing wonders for my face. and her shave soap is excellent..coconut lime...mmmmmmm
