I've just ordered a 1305 and an 1470. I wanted to get a bigger soft brush and a smaller scrubbier brush to get me started. For the price, I'm expecting two solid brushes. Seriously they are a bargain and comparatively so cheap that multiple brushes are affordable.

I go back and forth between a 620 and 1520. The only difference is the handle but my 620 has more shaves on it and it has broken in like a dream; it's literally knocked off all my other boar brushes from rotation!

I have the SOC, 830, 1305, and the 620. I like all of them alot but if I had to pick one it would probably be the SOC. The 1305 is my least favorite, a bit too floppy. The 830 is a great middle of the road between the 1305 and the 620.

Man Cochese, I am really liking that lucite handle there. I may have to pick one up. I have an 1800 I picked up off the BST and it is one of my favorite brushes. The wood may not have the character of grain that my Omega does, but it's a fantastic brush that's fairly comfortable in my hand despite it feeling a touch on the small side. I really like the shape they used for that style handle.

The 620, 1305 and SOC are all top choices.

The 1305 was my first brush, and I am still very happy with it.
The acrylic handle of the 620 is in the end maybe a bit more to my liking in use, and I also like the knot's performance. The 1305 looks incredible though.
You also will not regret a SOC. Mine are in cherry and see a lot of rotation time.

Since you want Huge, no-brainer 2000 has a 60mm loft and 25mm knot; a slightly smaller 1800 @ 55/22 with a mix of 75% Extra Tops & 90% Premium Tops, will retain more backbone and develop very soft tips.

The only on I had was a 1305. A beautiful brush but after break in it was too floppy for me.

I'm with these guys, the SOC is my favorite so far. The 1250 I had was good but it was small for my tastes. Enjoy your 620, I imagine you'll be happy with just about any of them.
