If by "10 units" you mean 10 blades, shipping that quantity for free is a good way for a vendor to go out of business. If you do happen to find those terms of sale, the vendor is certainly factoring the shipping cost into his price.

Yeah, of course. But there are countries where shipping cost is limited, even shipping to remote places such as Argentina. A year ago i got a 7 bucks watch band from Australia and only cost me 2 or 3 bucks for shipping. Small stuff can be delivered really cheap or free, that's another good thing with DE blades.

Edit: and hell, in eBay there are many prestigious sellers with free WW shipping. But they dont sell the Meds!
