Winchester Straight Razor

Something very cool happened today at work, a co-worker came in and knocked on my office door and handed me a straight razor. She said she found it while cleaning over the weekend and that she knew I was into this kind of thing, so she gave it to me. I guess it belonged to her father and according to her this is plenty more razors and shaving related things that I can have when she finds them. Just wanting to know any information I can on what she gave me. I generally shave with de razors but I do have an old Robert Klaas that needs restored and now this one that will need restored. I have only shaved with a shavette straight razor and never an actually real straight so to speak. So I have a few questions.

Is the razor in okay condition or good enough to be restored?

Who can restore them?

Is it easy to hone and sharpen the razor?

Definately in good enough condition to restore. If you want to take it on yourself consider sandpapers and lapping films for not too much investment.
