Can you please inform where can one get Creed's sample box?
In a village, the barber shaves everyone who does not shave himself, but no one else. Who shaves the barber?

    Matt, thanks for the link.

And #%$$#%$#^ I didn't realize how much Creed costs. CURSES to my newfound addiction to Green Irish Tweed, thanks to the decant club.

    Exclamation Be Careful!

Fake perfume is a real problem. Last Christmas my b-in-law gave my mother a big bottle of Chanel Coco he had bought on the internet. She finally opened it in June and aagh! It was terrible, disgusting stuff. My b-in-law quickly replaced it. Be careful!

They have extremely talented chemists who work out the scent formulations, and then they have people who used to forge currencies work out the packaging details (which is somewhat easier to forge than money). This attention to detail creates a product which is almost undetectable as a fake except by an expert. As you can imagine this brings in huge sums of money, at a substantially lower risk than currency forgery.
    Wow...

As an intellectual exercise, I wonder how much money is to be made by re-visiting old formulations or vintage scents. I hear lamentations here and there about how reformulated scents are 'less' than the originals (I can vouch for Antaeus) and wonder what kind of market there is for that.

One might even garner a premium if one chose to market them separately as a 'niche' identity, which would be less unseemly than direct counterfeiting. Of course it would damage the collectible/vintage scent trade.

    Just a thought.
