What kind of razor is this? Again, sorry for the bad pictures, I actually scanned these on my scanner.

Look like a Goodwill cap on a handle that's missing the ball.

Yep, it is a Goodwill. Sort of a weird intermediary between the old style razors and the New Improved. And that is a hollow ball end handle that has lost its ball....
