Can someone describe the scent? I have heard one similar is a Blue Labs "Spice" copy minus menthol; I'd love to try it.

As I am sure you know, it's a discontinued product, and has been for quite some time. You can readily find it on Ebay, but the price tag seems rather steep.

I've gotten the Spice and the Cooling Blue scents from internet retailers for cheap dollars but not recently. Of the two I like the Blue scent much much better.
The Spice is not a direct knockoff of Old Spice - not sure if that was the target or not. I don't care for the scent but it was a decent performer for an alcohol based splash. I would buy this stuff for five bucks a bottle to try it or move on if it's more than that.
I think the way to go with Mennen is original Skin Bracer - classic scent, readily available at drugstore prices and heavily mentholated for a face freeze after you slap it on.

This is my favorite AS. It's very much a SPICE scent, much more so than Old Spice, with a nice menthol kick.
It is hard to find, but worth the effort. Besides the 'bay, try garage sales and thrift/resale stores-both have worked for me.
That's why I was hoping they made a knock-off of some sort. I can't afford the crazy prices they want on eBay for a bottle of SkinBracer.
I use the Original, Cool Spice and Cooling Blue, if I had to give up two, I think I'd keep the Cool Spice. It kind of reminds me of Christmas time, a nice Spice scent with some Vanilla in the Background with a bit of Menthol to top it off, very nice during the Winter Months. I do like the other Skin Bracers but the Cool Spice is a scent not as readily available as the Original and the scent of Cooling Blue, with its Piney opening is close to other Pine type fragrances on the market.
