I'm in. I've got a pack of both SC and SS.

The SC are possibly my favourite blade at the moment so a good excuse to ditch the sampler pack and concentrate to see if it really is my favourite.

I'm in for sure. Both, the SS and SC, are among my favorite blades. The challenge will be deciding which to use.

Interesting! Don't have a pic, but mine have an even different yellow packaging - and yes, they are SC's.

Thanks Almightys. Sharks were on my list to try at some point and this was the perfect excuse.

To add to the packaging craziness. I have both of the above versions of the super chromes and also one that is in a yellow wrapper

For me, it'll be a good time to try out the SS blades in the new R41. I like the Personna labs in it, but I haven't wanted to take it out for a SS yet.

I'm in. I'm new to DE shaving, ordered 3 types of blades when I started. Shark SS, Red Personna and Derby Extra. Started off with the Shark and thought it was great, used 1 blade. Next blade was the Red Personna and liked it also (used 1 blade), but probably gave the edge to the shark. Last night just switched to the Derby, and either it was my lather that was off (also tried a new, should be better soap) or the blade totally sucked but it was my worst shave since I started. Will keep using the Derby until the beginning of shark week when I'll gladly join in with my SS Shark.

BTW, already have a 100 pack of shark SS on the way along with a 100 pack of Astra SP (green pack). Haven't tried the Astra yet but since I have to pay for postage might as well go all in since I was already buying the sharks.

Can't beat the price of the Shark or the packaging!! Just love looking at it. Already feel 100 wasn't enough, should have gone for 300 methinks!

It could very well be the soap that gave you a bad shave with the Derbies.

I tried a Shark SC for the first time the other day and it was the best and most irritation free shave I had ever had. Next day, I wanted to try my new Palmolive Soap Stick and used it with my Shark SC blade again for a second shave and it was the worst shave I had ever had, with plenty of weepers and a razor burn that felt like I had left my face all day in the sun. The day after that, I used the blade again for a third shave with my usual old canned foam (Wilkinson Protect Foam) and I got the second best shave i had ever had, bested only by the first shave with the blade.

Why not? Count me in. I've always liked Sharks - they had me with that little blue shark on the package.
