Wilk, speick and IM all perform about the same for me. IM gets the edge cause the size makes it easier to apply. Wilk if memory serves had the most muted scent out of the package which I liked (the muted aspect, neither of them smelled either good or bad... just soapy/standary soapy scents) as I recall. Both wilk and speick lose their scent pretty quick since they are sitting open in my case. IM having a screwtop (and being OVERPOWERING to begin with) kept its scent.
I'd say Wilk would be my favorite stick if it was sold like IM (big fat stick in a self contained applicator).

I like the Wilkinson better than the Euro Palmolive, Spieck, others. It's a modest cost stick that is an excellent product. I really like the lather which is dense and very creamy. Leaves the face very soft after the shave. It's certainly worth a try.

What are some non tallow, non lanolin shaving sticks. Been using the new la toja and mama bear.

Hey Will - check out the shave sticks by Calani! Fantastic performing soap, veggie and great. "Ice Angel" and "Oriental Plum" contain lanolin, the rest are vegan.
Aside from that, I've had nice results rubbing other veggie pucks right into my stubble like short, wide shave sticks. PSGT is best this way IMHO.
Others have had luck milling traditional pucks into stick containers, such as these available from Mama Bear or WCS.

Thanks for the confirmation. I just don't understand why some of these companies make the decisions that they do. I can't tell the difference between Tabac stick and Tabac puck, so why would Wilkinson make two completely different products to do the same thing? Don't they know we're watching?![]()
