    Default Lighters lets see them

We have threads for pipes and cigars,, even a thread for pics of us smoking our favourite things, after searching for something for myself I noticed there are so many great looking options for a lighter both new and vintage from cheap to expensive and desktop or travel. Thought a thread sharing what you use that you love and more great pictures would be a great idea.

So let's see what you use gentlemen !

I have had it for a number of years but Zippo is still one of the best lighters still made.

A hold out from my cig smoking days. Carved my name in them so I could take them back from friends that walked off with them. They still get used for my pipes when the zippo runs out of fuel or the matches are on the far side of the room and whatnot.

They work, but they can be fussy, the Zippo is much more reliable and lasts longer per re-fuel.

The Nimrod isn't as windproof as a zippo either.

have an old Ronson that's pewter and similar table lighter lying around somewhere from the 30's or 40s I'm told - an old wick system - but it probably hasn't worked since before I was born.... if I can find it I'll snap a pic :)

it's def a beauty.... fortunately it was a gift from the gentlemen at the Original Tinder Box in Santa Monica- guess they figured I deserved it having spent what I spent there over the years (was buying cigars through the boom, and then pipes starting in 96ish) LMAO ahhh,

My name is Joshua and I'm an addict.

don't use it much these days.... though it was NOS when I got it (circa 1997) def quality - but the im coronas are my go to lighters indoors ;)

Bic user here, too. Need to get a pipe lighter, but too busy buying tobacco.
I have survived the great Arko War of 2013, thanks chiefly to Ed's Latakia discussion.

My experience with the Nimrod is that I sometimes puff hard enough when lighting my pipe to extinguish the lighter.
