Good job, just keep at it. Also, don't rely so much on the scale, you could have lost quite a bit of weight but it could be masked by a salty meal and water consumption; aka water weight.
My update: 4 times in the gym, improving on some exercises (as expected cause of earlier strength levels) fasted on saturday and also played 9-holes that day, again I missed out on 2 days of cardio but it doesn't seem to be slowing down the weight-loss too much so I don't mind as long as I get some days out on the course.

find something you like. I loved mountain biking. then started road cycling. sold my bike, got a great road bike now that I'm back home in NYC and couldn't be happier. Oh I drive but I love my bike
and yes, I do get an adrenaline rush from dodging cabs at times when I roam thru the city.
