    That seems like a low calorie number for those exercises, especially with the kettle bell swings. Was that number a misprint, or just a light day?

    It was a short fifteen minute workout. Also the heart rate monitor erroneously drops 10-20 points during pushups or any floor exercises. I am not sure why.
