15 x 36 dress shirts

I suppose I am somewhat unusual in that I wear a 15 x 36 dress shirt. It isn't the easiest size to find for a reasonable price. The only place I have found them is Nordstrom, and even then I can only seem to find a select few solid colors (the shirts run about $65, sometimes on sale). I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and could point me in the right direction.

How about finding a shirt that fits your body and neck well and taking it to a tailor to give you the right fit for your sleeves?

Easy to make them shorter.
Takes some real magic to make them longer.

I'm 6'3" and wear 16-1/2 x 34-35. Every now and then she'll find a 36 but it's rare.

I am also 6'3" with a 16 1/2 " neck and a 36" sleeve. I have been quite lucky finding decent shirts at the outlet malls in the area. I may not find the exact color or style that I am looking for, but at least I have a shirt that fits well.
