I'm meeting with a prospective employer tomorrow.Just for a bit of fun - What routine should I use to feel good to take on the day and make a good first impression?

WHOA! I was really amazed by the results of your poll until I noticed I was the first vote... I like the sandalwood scents a lot, haven't tried the proraso red yet tho.

I absolutely wouldn't be shaving with the R41 on a day when having significant cuts on your face could really matter!!

I'll go along with the Merkur 34C. The R41 might be too aggressive if you're just starting out. Better to go easy and see how you like it. You can always move up later.
