I did. I shaved with it this afternoon. Performance is A+ as is typical with Musgo. I need to reserve judgment on the scent though. I definitely like it, but it is not pure lavender like Castle Forbes or AOS. I do get the Lavender note, but there is something sweet in there combined with the "musgo" scent that I love.

I love the cream, obviously. I just can't recommend this cream to someone looking for a straight lavender scent. Performance wise though, not sure you could do better and the scent is unique and a different take on the old school musgo scent.

Wow - I am very happy with the original cream. Not sure I want to switch. If it's not broke, why try to fix it?

As much as I like the original Musgo scent, I'd love to find even one of the new scents that I like just as much. That would give me two fantastic performers to rotate through, without having to feel like I'm settling.

Two words for you: OAK MOSS!

It smells absolutely fantastic! Definitely my favourite scent when it comes to shaving soaps/creams.

I was most interested in the lavender, but was wanting to try another as well. I think I'll order the oak moss on your recommendation. Tack så mycket!

The scent is very hard for me to describe but it really does smell absolutely fantastic and if you end up not liking it I can almost guarantee it will get sold super easy on the BST!

I'm generally awful at describing scents but I get a sort of floral/grassy/outdoorsy smell that smells very nice. I actually pick up something that smells similar when I go outside running on this big grassy plain we have here in Stockholm that has a bunch of trees and so but I am not sure if I pick up traces of the scent of the oak moss cream or if something there smells similar!

I got the Oak Moss and Orange Amber and while the Orange Amber smells nice I get this really strong association with a car cleaning product so on monday I will get down to the workshop and smell every bottle I have and make a scent comparison when I find the product it reminds me of!

Variety is the spice of life.
Why drink the same brand of beer, coffee, tee, red wine and juice the entire life ?
Why use the same fragrance all your life ?
Why use the same scent of Musgo Real, if there are 5 new versions

If some how the original tursn out to be that little bit better performance wise, I can understand why you would prefer that if you also love the scent.......
But my guess is that they will perform pretty similar, just like AOS, GFT and TOBS creams so, why would Musgo real creams be any different ?

My samples showed up yesterday. Just sniffing the little containers I find the Oak Moss most intriguing. I'm looking forward to trying these out. I used the soap yesterday and did not have a good shave.

I went ahead and ordered the lavender and the oak moss. Hopefully they should be here on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Any word on US vendors selling the new line of pre-shave soaps? Buying from giftsandcare.com isn't economical because of shipping costs.

I finally got my Oak Moss and Lavender in the mail today. The Oak Moss has a very woodsy scent to me. It isn't my favorite, but I do have to say I liked it significantly more in the bowl than the tube. It's a very nice scent, but maybe just not for me. I do really like the scent of the Lavender. I'm a laid back kind of guy, and this Lavender seems to really fit me. I really like the original scent as my top cream or product, and hoped to find even one of the new scents I liked just as well. I'm anxious to try the Lime Basil and Spiced Citrus as well, but I'm very happy with the Lavender alongside the original. I'll update on the performance tomorrow when I actually shave with it.

I've got the other 3 scents I haven't tried coming this week (spiced citrus, orange amber, and lime basil). The performance of the lavender seemed just as good to me as the original. I'll give the oak moss a try here probably on Tuesday.

Got the Spiced Citrus, Lime Basil, and Oak Moss. They all smell fantastic. Lime Basil is my favorite.

Fans of cologne-scented creams will be in heaven.
