    Too cool. Almost every Masonic "straight razor" I've seen on the 'bay barely qualifies as a razor. I'm not a huge fan of etching or designs on blades, but I wouldn't mind a square & compass engraved on the shank or inlaid in the scales. When I get around to making my shorty, I might just do that on the scales.

    I too was watching that razor - I didn't bid on it though. I recently acquired an old W&B but it is not that big and the etching is not that clean. Glad it went to a brother. So mote it be.

    Nice razor, I'd recommend hitting it with some 80 grit wetanddry.... Kidding!
    Werent Laurel and Hardy in the masons? They went to hawaii on a trip I seem to remember

    There are some references to that on the web. Hardy is buried in the Masonic Garden of Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery in North Hollywood.
