Already late afternoon, and nothing yet?

I'd like to say I got some nice samples from Penhaligon's today. I'd like to, but I can't. They sent all women's perfumes. I'm sure they smell great and all, but.....

E-mail them back and tell them they've made a mistake. They're usually very helpful and responsive. I'm sure they'll send out the men's samples.

My Simpson Chubby #2 in Super arrived from Lee. Can you believe I haven't even taken it out of the package yet just because I want to be sure to get the before and after pics?

Well, yesterday my first of two of these arrived. I bid on a couple of them on e-bay because I kept getting out bid, and I won them both. They're identical Gillette Super Adjustables, fairly late model.

Here's # 1

If anyone knows how to date these, that would be nice. They're probably not very old, and there does not appear to be any date codes. I mean, it's not a collector's item, just a really cool razor. Haven't tried it out yet, I thought I'd wait until I got them both, clean them both at the same time.

Maybe I'll even get rid of one on the Shaving Mall. My SWMBO would be so proud od me!

Ahh, after getting done with some meetings in the Pentagon mercifully early, I strolled over to Nordstroms across the street and decided to fill Mr. Travel Kit to the gills with a few extra ditties (sorry no pictures).

Acqua di Parma Cologne
Anthony Logistics Energy Body Spray (a nice spicy, zesty scent for $18)
A pair of Tommy Bahama loafers (like walking on buttah!)
A few sample cologne vials from the ladies hocking overpriced Acqua di Parma shave cream
Samples from L'Occitane (2x eau de Baux)
Samples from Crabtree/Evelyn (Sandalwood and Sienna)

Overall a nice afternoon and some extra scents for the carry-on!
