Best lightweight long sleeve shirt for sun protection

Last week I went to the dermatologist and my suspision was confirmed. I have a pre-cancerours skin condition that can't be cured, it can only be managed. The dermatologist said that I need to wear long sleeves and a hat to stop the progression. The condition is hereditary and several of my family members have it, protection is the best way to stop the spread and avoid further damage. I found Royal Robbins shirts that I like and a couple others. I was wondering if ayone has found a shirt that they really like that works and provides the necessary protection. I need them to look more like a dress shirt rather than a casual shirt .The upside ..I get to wear a hat and increase my collection..

This is decent too, but with outdoor gear/clothing, all the manufactures seem to be on the same page (mimic each other)

Linen or silk shirts are light weight and very breathable. Now that summer is in full swing all of the department stores will be releasing their fall collections so all the summer stuff will be on sale too!

Another vote for Filson. I just wore two of their travel shirts for 6 weeks while digging on site in Italy and they stood up to everything and washed well every day. That specific shirt might not exactly fit your needs, but I am very happy with everything I've bought from Filson.
