my issue with the human bones is this.......
that was someones son/daughter/mom/dad/granma/pa etc....
respect the dead because we don't know what happens to them when they die... there was the "bodies" exhibit that came here to miami years back and they had the flayed remains of humans in various states of dissection ... i was invited to go see it and i refused.... not for squeamish reasonds *(i have seen enough death and gore for 5 lifetimes) i found/find it distasteful on the highest levels...
what they did to those bodies if used for a educational purpose would be fine.... but parading dead bodies and mutilating their corpses for a public spectacle and profit is abhorrent.... the "Dr" who did that is no better than a modern day "Joseph Goebbels" who preformed horrific experiments on prisoners of war and the jews during WWII... the same type of person who made boots/book covers/lamp shades etc from the skins of their poor victims....
respect the dead... one day you and i will be amongst them....

a nice walk in the woods helps me relax and relieves tension....
the fact i'm dragging a shovel and a body should be irrelevant...
Impressive rant Paco. I admit out of morbid curiosity and media hype to having seen that exhibition however I fully agree with what you are saying especially after seeing how the aforementioned Dr now obtains his bodies from a Chinese hospital which happens to be right next to a prison!
This was interesting... who wants to bet a pack of feather blades that it won't happen and he probably will just troll us on a little longer?![]()
On top of that a lot of the bodies being used for this display were executed Chinese prisoners whose families had no idea they were being used this way, if the MSM is to be believed. That is admittedly a pretty big "if".
The bone website referred to sourced their human bone from China & India, pre-ban (sometime in the 80's?) The "bodies" exhibit was the first thing that came to mind.
I don't think I have any hangup's over skeletal remains but I may feel differently if it were a family member, and absolutely would if it were done without consent. Pretty gruesome.
"Dr" Von Hagens has his bodies plastified in a factory in Dalian, China.
Same place I get my Gold Dollars from....
One, two! One, two! and through and through...The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
My Vorpal Razors
I believe 'dollar' translates to 'bone' in Mandarin Chinese
A lot of "medical specimen" bones from China are actually sourced from somewhere worse than prisons (IMO, although that is still terrible.)
Here is how it works. Say you are a developer in a fast growing area of China and you want to put up a shopping mall. Problem, there is a graveyard in the way. Solution, you hammer a small sign into the ground saying "notice, in three months we are building a shopping mall here. Please make arrangements to have your loved ones moved by then."
Then the bulldozers come in, and the bones, headstones, and everything else still there are disposed of or sold.
Fast forward six months. Mr Chen comes into town on his yearly visit to Grandma's grave with his incense and flowers, only instead of Grandma he finds a Starbucks. Nothing he can do, he was legally "notified".
One of those internet stores used to explain this process (more or less) on their website, somehow thinking it would justify the legality of their stock supply.
i guess cuz went back under his bridge....
i was really looking forward to seeing some of the custom razors....
