Default The Efficiency of the H.I.S.

All I can say is it is absolutely amazing. My load times on my Conk are maybe between 7-15 seconds absolute tops, and I no doubt have enough lather for 5+ passes (I just never get that far).

I just got my first tub of higher end cream (TOBS) and there's absolutely no way I could use an 'almond' of cream for one batch of lather. My bowl is nowhere near big enough! I used maybe 3/4 of a dime of cream and had enough lather for many many more passes than I would ever need.

This brush is spoiling me on efficiency and I imagine I will be at least slightly disappointed in that area when I dive into the natural brush game. Not to mention I can mash this thing and I haven't lost a hair yet!

Gentlemen, it seems I have started something a while back.

JD it looks like you might be leading the charge in singing the praises of this brush. Sold almost every other brush you have.

This may aggravate some when I say this, but the H.I.S. is dollar for dollar the best brush on the market today. It gives you the most bang for your buck!

To all who have purchased it, enjoy! To all who have not, what are you waiting for?

If one already owned a Muhle silvertip fibre brush, is there any reason to own the H.I.S.? The recent 3 part review of the synthetic brushes seemed to indicate that the Muhle silvertip fibre was the best of the bunch although not the cheapest.
Please don't tempt me to buy anymore.

The H.I.S. brush is absolutely a SBAD killer! Pound for pound the best brush out there. I wonder if Artist Brushstrokes will ever make their knot available as I have a few brushes that would be killer with one of their knots.

I have a H.I.S. with the clear handle on the way. I just gave my synthetic Franks to my son - a very good brush overall, but I just want something a bit more "substantial" for my personal use.

I knew you guys loved it. I seriously cannot get enough of it. Being my first brush I know I made a great choice! However, I do have some extra money to spend so I'm gonna have Rudy make me something with badger hair just for variety.

There's too much good about the H.I.S.! It's efficient, requires much less product to get all that great lather, is soft, doesn't need to break in (I was making clouds within two days of using the brush) and one of the best kickers- it dries so dang fast!

To all who haven't, it really is worth finding $35 to get it from Amazon. Every single penny!

I would love to try a H.I.S brush, but at $25 for shipping from amazon to Canada, it costs as much as the brush. I'll pass. Thanks amazon.

Actually the company is in the process of changing their distribution channels so that the products are housed and shipped directly from Amazon warehouses v. their facility in Fl. This is to provide better/ faster shipping, customer service, distribution, etc. They long delay is most likely due to the fact that they are in a transition period.
